One of the most common aromas encountered during tasting, derived from Maillard compounds formed during the combustion of high-quality wrappers. It almost systematically appears in the final third. Present in nearly all medium-bodied Cuban cigars — corona, lonsdale, robusto — and in the refined blends from the Dominican Republic.
