These cigars are not recommended for novice cigar enthusiasts; the factory was founded in 1924 by Augustin Quintero and his 4 brothers. They began their production in Cienfuegos, a small village on the coast. Then in 1940, thanks to a solid reputation, they introduced the brand to Havana using leaves from Vuelta Abajo. Currently, Quintero cigars are among the favorites of Germans. They offer good quality, both in tobacco and craftsmanship. There are 5 models that are fully handmade (the box features the mention " Totalmente a mano"), and there are also 5 other varieties produced mechanically.
