Noble animal aroma derived from the polymerized tannins of thick wrappers — Cameroon, Habano Colorado, Honduran maduro — and from highly fermented ligero leaves. This is a signature characteristic of full-bodied cigars from Honduras and Nicaragua. Present from the first light, it evolves into a finer, more supple leather mid-palate.
